Current Issues

No central public HOA hub exists — so we built one.

Policy enforcement inconsistencies — now tracked in one place.

Residents facing surprised Tows and Fines — here’s how to stay ahead.

We’re here because community decisions affect all of us — and you can’t be part of the conversation if you’re kept in the dark.
This is the community’s unofficial but unstoppable hub for news, documents, and updates you shouldn’t have to dig for — but do.

Because transparency shouldn’t require a password.

Your Voice Matters (Even if the HOA Pretends It Doesn’t)

Change doesn’t happen if we all just grumble over the fence. This is your neighborhood, your money, and your rules too — so let’s stop letting decisions happen in the dark.

This site is your open forum to share, learn, and stay informed without needing to dig through portals, request documents, or wait for someone to “get back to you.”

How You Can Get Involved:

  • Join the Resident Email List – Get updates without logging into anything that requires a blood sample and your first pet’s name.

  • Share Your Experience – Parking ticket? Surprise tow? Mysterious fine? Let’s document it.

  • Attend a Meeting (or Read the Recap) – We’ll post summaries so you know what’s decided — without the HOA’s “interpretation.”

  • Be Our Eyes and Ears – Spot a change in signage, a new policy notice, or something that smells like overreach? Snap a photo and send it in.

  • Offer Your Skills – Writing, photography, legal research, or web skills — this site is powered by residents like you
