The Woodstone of Loudoun HOA Board will be holding its next virtual meeting on Tuesday, Sept 9th at 7:00 p.m. (Zoom link is in the official agenda). Here’s a quick preview of what’s on the agenda so you know what to expect:
✅ Resident Open Forum (7:05 p.m.) – Your chance to share comments or concerns (15 minutes set aside).
✅ Financial Report – Looking at how our community finances are tracking vs. the budget.
✅ Board Decisions – Approval of July’s meeting minutes and ratifying the 2025–2026 snow removal contract.
✅ Updates –
• Trash Task Force progress report (always an important topic).
• Comprehensive Inspections update on community standards.
✅ Executive Session – Board-only discussion on delinquencies and legal updates.
