Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 13th, 2025

We are committed to making this unofficial Woodstone of Loudoun community site accessible to all residents and visitors, including those with disabilities. Unlike some closed-door meetings, we believe everyone should be able to participate.

Our Commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA wherever feasible.

Measures Taken

• High-contrast colors for text and backgrounds.

• Minimum 18px body font size for readability.

• Descriptive alternative text for images.

• Keyboard navigability for menus and links.

Limitations

While we strive to ensure accessibility, some older documents or third-party content may not meet all standards. If the HOA provides us inaccessible PDFs, we’ll work to make them accessible, but we can’t magically fix everything overnight.

Requesting Assistance

If you need an accessible version of any document or encounter accessibility barriers, please email [email protected]. We will respond as soon as possible — hopefully faster than the next HOA newsletter.
